She is an active volunteer with NASSCOM Foundation and Anubhuti Seva among other social ventures. She has organized and conducted various awareness programs and workshops in the field of Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship Development across various industries as well as prominent universities. She has completed MTech in Information and Communication Technology and is a certified Faculty of Entrepreneurship from NIESBUD.

Upma is a dynamic professional with nearly 7 years cross cultural experience in assertive Leadership & Team Management, planning, scheduling, tasking, monitoring, delegating, motivating & mentoring the team for performance excellence Prior to join as Director, SEMS Welfare Foundation worked with various schools & universities where responsibilities include Strategy Formulation, Marketing, Teaching and Program Management. Actively associated with various women enterprises and guiding them with the marketing support. Also associated in volunteering activities with foundation as Nasscom. Organized and conducted various awareness programs and workshops in the field of Vedic Maths, Digital & Financial Literacy Programs and Entrepreneurship Development. Upma was awared as “Best Teacher Award” in 2015 from Ministry of HRD signed by HRD Minister Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani.

Atul possess Extensive exposure to a comprehensive range of team management activities, working in diverse teams and challenging environment, Operations, Government Projects, Marketing & Sales, Excel, Project Management and Purchasing. Prior to join SEMS Group was associated with GEMS Group, ICFE, KDP MGI etc. Conducted various awareness programs and workshops in the field of Digital Marketing, Financial & Digital Literacy Programs and Entrepreneurship Development across various industries and universities. A certified trainer from Government of India for conducting Entrepreneurship trainings.

Amitabh has worked in Key Account Management, Business Development, Brand Expansion, Team Management, Client Relationship Management, Retail Operations, Employability and Project Management over two decades of work experience in Education, Training, Skilling and Entrepreneurship Sectors across India, Middle East & Nepal. Amitabh has worked with reputed organisations like NIIT, GEMS, DA etc as well as startups like VT and i9, He has executed projects with various Government and quasi Government entities in India and abroad. He has a proven track record streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity innovatively for reputed business houses. Amitabh holds a B. Tech Degree in Computer Science and Engineering and a Diploma in Management.
